I'll try to get a better copy of the floor plan up soon, but you get the idea...a great room in the center with a clear story and 14ft ceiling (9ft ceilings everywhere else), master suite and powder room to the left of great room, to the right of the great room a very large multi-use utility room (where I'll spend 90% of my day I am sure...) that will house a basic mud room area, my office, kid "messy" toys and crafts, laundry, extra fridge and bulk food/dry good storage, fold-up treadmill and a multi-use table on wheels in the middle--whew!

Continuing to the right of the great room, there will also be a small linen closet, 2nd full bath with double sinks and separate toilet/shower area, and three more bedrooms, one of which will be a slightly larger guest/Brandon's workspace room (he only needs a place to jump on his laptop) that will have direct access to the 2nd full bath.

To the back of the house is the covered patio with huge double sliding glass doors (opening from the center), complimented by the kitchen's upper cabinet-less wall above the sink so there will be clear views to the outside along the whole backside of the great room.

The house is flanked by a tool/"dirty" storage area combined with a riding lawnmower garage on one side and on the other side the 2nd bath, itself flanked by a sport equipment/camping storage room and the mechanical room that will house the H2O heater and all the other panels, boxes, etc. for the house. Holiday decorations, extra baby stuff will go into the attic...and if you know me, we don't have much else (and I prefer it that way)...
